What will your job look like?
Develops, customizes, or configures applications or modules using one or more programming languages
Provides technical expertise on L1/L2 support for production issues
Conducts troubleshooting/investigation for issues/problems
Coordinates on issues impacting SLA or service availability
Improves processes to streamline production operations
Participates in consultation on Projects execution
Facilitates resolution of raised incidents or production issues
Collaborates with SLM for problem investigation
Documents incident resolution and steps taken to resolve incidents (monitoring reports)
Resolution of incidents for managed systems within SLA
Improvement / enhancement of scripts or service operations
Incident Report (IR) documentation and monitoring reports
Conducts tests and execution of production fixes
All you need is...
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ IT-related courses
1-3 years ( for Band A)/3-5 years (for Band B) work experience preferably with IT
Basic experience in 24/7 support
Develops, customizes, or configures applications or modules using one or more programming languages such as:
RDBMS
Oracle PL/SQL
Scripting
Experience using UNIX, Apache/Tomcat
Amenable for 24/7 support
