Noble Systems Corporation is looking for a Software Engineer to join our team in our Pasig, Philippines office. This person is responsible for the end-to-end planning, building, and deploying of our software systems. He/she will be able to drive the programming of well-constructed, testable code.
The ideal candidate will have a broad technical background, a solid understanding of applicable analytics, and a natural curiosity for producing effective solutions. This person is patient, has excellent time-management skills, and practices of effective communication style.
Responsibilities:
Development of new products used to serve millions of customers every day
We have multiple openings and are in need of various skill sets
Design and development of distributed applications in C / C ++ or Python or .Net Core and PostgreSQL in the Linux environment (Docker)
Mobile application development for Android and iOS
Working with large volumes of data and its analysis
Cooperation with the company's branches in the USA and Europe
Requirements:
Strong grasp of spoken and written English
Strong knowledge of one or more of the following
C / C ++ 17
Scripting languages: Python 3.6, bash
One of the RDBMS systems: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle etc.
Linux environment (CentOS / RedHat)
Mobile application development for both Android and iOS
Knowledge of at least one of the version control systems: Git, TFS, etc.
Knowledge of software engineering and design patterns
Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
Knowledge of the following will be an additional advantage:
Asynchronous programming, such as Python Twisted / Tornado, libuv / libevent etc.
Error handling tools: JIRA, Mantis etc.
Tools for automating the construction and distribution of code: Jenkins, Autopilot, etc.
Knowledge of Docker containers
Knowledge of software architecture (UML) and the ability to design microservices (Swagger)
Willingness to learn and work in other programming languages

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
