RingCentral is looking for a highly-motivated full-stack Software Engineer with significant experience in web development and interest in the field of data analytics
Responsibilities:
Analyze data and generate reports for the quality of the different services of RingCentral
Improve and write scripts for report generation
Add visualizations to the reports
Develop automation for generating of reports
Generate new reports as needed
Qualifications:
BS or MS IT or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years experience
At least 1-year experience using Python.
Experience in working with databases
Knowledge about networking
Skills in correlating data and producing statistics
Experiences in the following specific areas are nice to have:
Elasticsearch
Kibana
Hadoop
PyCharme IDE
Using REST API in Python
Excellent work ethic and ability to work & collaborate with an agile team
Good communication, requirement analysis, and documentation skills
