The Manila office has a vision to become the leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system provider for Small and Medium-sized Businesses in the Philippines. It aims to provide a 100% home-grown ERP solution with a richer feature set than any of the locally available variants, and comparable features with those available internationally. More recently, demand from local clients has given the company a chance to expand to Systems Integration as well for .NET applications and SharePoint implementation.

Responsibilities
Full lifecycle application development.
Designing, coding and debugging applications. Ensure that coding standards and best practice are enforced. Implement good security coding practices to avoid common coding vulnerabilities.
Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis.
Front end graphical user interface design
Quickly address any defects and performance issues discovered in testing.
Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
Support, maintain, enhance and document software functionality.
Integrate software with existing systems.
Identify and suggest improvements and new technologies for implementation.
Communicate clearly the status of work, risks and issues. Escalate quickly the issues that may affect delivery of the project, including issues in scope, schedule, budget, and quality of the application/component being developed. Proactively track issues until resolved
Requirements
Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines. Around 2-4 years of SharePoint/Office 365 and web development experience using Microsoft .NET.
Experience using C#, ASP.NET/MVC, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience using REST, React, SQL. •Experience using Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code and/or Git/SCM tools. • Experience with Nintex, K2 4.7 and/or K2 Five is optional but a big plus
Experience using Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code and/or Git/SCM tools.
Knowledgeable in performance and security standards for building web applications.
Knowledgeable in building cross-browser/cross-platform compatible applications.
Strong problem-solving skills: able to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve.
Possess good interpersonal skills and good communication skills. Able to build relationships with and gain the confidence of client and vendor personnel

Wage
Monthly salary range:
Php25,000 - Php45,000 (1-2 years' experience)
Php45,000 - Php80,000 (3-5 years' experience)
