We are a software development and integration company looking for skilled software developers with Technical and Functional skills. We want people that are challenged by new projects and technologies and can work independently or in a tight group of similar individuals.
Experience with some of these components in Genesys PureConnect (Interactive Intelligence) or Genesys Cloud:
Telephony concepts
Interaction routing
Queue functionality
Genesys Handlers
Integration with Salesforce Object Routing
C,SIP,SWL, DotNet with knowledge of SOAP and Icelib
SOAP, RESTful API's, JSON, WSDL or similar technologies
ICCE or similar certification will give you an advantage
Also desirable is experience and working knowledge with AWS.
