Description & RequirementsThe Associate Software Engineer will work on Infor's HR Talent application and will be responsible for coding, analysis, triaging issues, conducting code reviews, participating in daily scrum meetings, and collaborating with other scrum teams.What You Will Need?Required skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science
Fresh graduates with internship experience related to software development and knowledge of any Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) language
For experienced candidates: 1-2 years of programming experience (Java or any OOP language)
Experience in developing new programs or large feature enhancements, as well as maintenance and database design/structure changes
Completed training or coursework in any Object-Oriented Programming language
Ability to develop and interpret technical plans or designs
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and PC skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and work with a proprietary programming language
Willing to participate in on-call support tasks and activities, including mid-shift, weekends, holidays, or deployment schedules

Can complete self-paced trainings under minimal supervision
Able to work with under pressure and within tight deadlines with a positive attitude
Able to communicate and participate during meetings and reviews with US counterparts and willing to attend the meetings/reviews which might be scheduled early in the morning or late night.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Performs design, implementation and maintenance of products while complying with SDLC processes and coding standards
Performs system administration and performance troubleshooting in development and customer environments
Provides product release support.
Performs maintenance and enhancement of existing product modules.
Prepares program documentation of product components.
Ensures products conform to design or usability requirements
Conducts peer review, impact analysis of code changes, root cause analysis and other standard processes in the SDLC.
Handles regulatory compliance maintenance
