About the role
Taft Property Venture Development Corp. is seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer- ABAP Developer to join our team in Cebu City. This full‐time role involves designing, developing, and maintaining SAP ABAP programs, ensuring system reliability, and supporting business process improvements through high‐quality technical solutions.
 
What you'll be doing
Perform ABAP development including reports, modules, enhancements, SmartForms, SAP Scripts, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exit, and ALV Reports.
Conduct debugging, bug fixing, and system troubleshooting to resolve SAP related issues.
Perform system enhancements and functional improvements across SAP modules based on business requirements.
Develop and automate SAP workflows to enhance system efficiency and business productivity.
Build custom reports, dashboards, and extract tool for operational and management reporting.
Support integrations between SAP ERP and external systems such as DIAS, TED, HRIS, and E-Portal.
Collaborate with functional consultants and process owners to define and implement SAP solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation including functional and technical specifications.
Support SAP data integrity, audit compliance, and enforce security standards.
Pride user support, training, and best practice guidance to SAP end users.
Participate in SAP system upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, and patch deployment.
Analyze and recommend process automation or system improvement opportunities.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the IT Manager.
What we're looking for
Graduate of IT, Computer Engineering, or related programs.
Previous role as SAP ABAP programming and development role is a must (3-5 years minimum experience).
Ability to translate functional requirements into clean technical solutions.
Strong debugging and problem‐solving skills.
Understanding of SAP modules and system integration.
Team‐oriented, detail‐focused, and proactive.
