The Role
We are seeking Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who can understand and debug code, automate repetitive tasks, and implement new tools and frameworks needed to streamline our QA and CI/CD processes. In this role, you will work directly with other software engineers and end-users to understand software features, review technical designs, and implement automated test tools to deliver quality software with efficiency. You will help your team ensure automation coverage and test execution is complete prior to release. You will develop test plan and test cases to approximate real-world environments and scenarios. Additionally, you will have many opportunities to stay abreast of new technologies and learn new capabilities.
Qualifications
Proficient oral and written communications skills
Proficient in test methodologies and their corresponding tools
Demonstrated experience in developing test automation tools and frameworks
Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Experience in Serenity BDD in Java, Selenium, or Jest
Experience with tools such as GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar
Experience with at least one cloud platform, preferably AWS or GCP
