This position will support the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement compliance as well as all other software and asset management for IT infrastructure. Responsible for daily and strategic management and control of the software asset portfolio to optimize the value, cost, and risk mitigation of software. Cross team coordination with Azure governance, audit and finance functions will ensure the lowest headcount for a breath of support for software licensing administration, Azure reporting and analytics, and IT Audit coordination all with a direct impact on IT Infrastructure deliver of value and service to the business. Job Functions: Track, maintain, and coordinate license and maintenance agreement renewals and procurements. Process software requests ensuring compliance with cross functional teams Run available reports showing license compliance, entitlements, installations, usage, renewal, procurement status, and data gaps as required. Follow all standardized SAM processes. Key Job Responsibilities: Ensure software licensing is procured through the active software licensing agreements Maintain accurate records for all license consumption to ensure compliance Manage license administration requests Manage all ticket requests to SLA Provide evidence as required to management to meet Client and internal audit requests an requirements Use tools, and follow processes, and procedures to ensure accurate collection, storage and reporting of key software data so that the products can be managed across the enterprise in an effective manner. Participate in Quarterly audits and purges to reclaim licenses from employee terms. Provide analysis of the software data that can be used to drive key business decisions. Be familiar with software agreements. Support Enterprise License true ups & reconciliations. Provide support during software publisher audits. Assist audit defense initiatives. Track software license renewals and ensure notice periods are met for changes and cancellations. Work with stakeholders to validate license counts and product sets. Identify savings opportunities through software re-harvesting and license optimization. Respond to requests from Software Owners, end users, managers, developers, and team members for specific IT Software Asset Management information. All other assignments as needed Work with procurement and/or accounting to resolve PO reconciliation issues TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES List required software, hardware & technology of the work unit ServiceNow, Oracle, iProcurement, SharePoint Others: Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, some Visio helpful EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED - Required Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent in relevant work experience - Preferred EXPERIENCE: Years of related experience - 2-3 years Other: Data Analysis Skill Set Required Extremely detail oriented Ability to follow written procedures and Visio workflow diagrams as job aids Contract experience: review terms and conditions related to the business Ability to interact with other cross functional teams throughout Alorica on a daily basis Prior IT procurement experience in a fortune 500 company a plus Work well with minimal supervision in remote location OTHER INFORMATION (Skills and Abilities) Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving skills, including the ability to accumulate, organize, and assimilate large amounts of information Understanding of Asset Management tools and technologies Knowledge of Software Asset Management principals / practices Knowledge of Oracle, Excel, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Salesforce, and various Software Licensing Admin portals Strong interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills Cross-functional team collaboration skills Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
