Job Description
This role is responsible for ongoing support, maintenance and growth of a foreign company's social media properties with a focus on content creation and paid campaigns and reporting. Specific responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to):

Working closely with our Facebook Ads Manager to support campaigns
Setup, manage and optimise campaigns within Facebook Ads manager
Analysis, evaluation and reporting on results and analytics to identify trends and implement improvements
Assisting with designing, organising and testing copy and creatives for Facebook Ads
Writing and optimising copy for Facebook Ads
Utilise conversion rate optimisation tactics (i.e. A/B, split-testing etc) to drive ROI 
Manage and maintain ROAS
Working with the Australia and Dubai team to devise and implement innovative, effective marketing campaigns
What you’ll need to join our close-knit, collaborative team:
Marketing or relevant qualification (highly regarded)
Relevant experience working in a similar role with a minimum of 2 years experience working with Facebook Ads Manager
Familiar with designing, running and optimising conversion, lead generation, event and acquisition campaigns
Strong ability to analyse data and create reports to identify opportunities 
Proven experience in managing campaign budgets & ad spending 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills and proven ability to work to deadlines
Ability to work independently, with strong initiative and organisational skills 
Agility to work in an evolving business with drive, creativity, and a solution-focused mindset 
based anywhere in the Philippines, and with stable internet connection
