The role of Social Media Specialist SMS is to manage the companys social media assets as well as its clients. He/She will plan and implement social media postings, campaigns, promos and contests, Aside from these, the SMS has to be able to understand and analyze social media metrics and their relevance to business goals.
Task:
Research, write post content used for marketing across all social media platforms
Establish connections through group joining and friend/follower acquisition
Participate and or start conversations on group discussions • Establish consistency of message across multiple networks
Manage all campaign records
Ensure that deliverables meet deadlines and comply with expected quality or standards set by PM Qualifications/Requirements:
Have excellent knowledge on different social media Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Linked - in, Google+, etc
Have above average written and verbal English communication skills
Have at least 2 years experience as an SMS
Have the ability to understand and execute complex written and verbal instructions • Be able to provide excellent customer service
