We are seeking an extraordinary Social Media & PR person who will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive image for our company. You will be in charge of establishing and maintaining relationships with the press and social media community for both Crowdsourcing Week and BOLD Awards.
It would be a great plus if you have an established network of media contacts - at tech publications like TechCrunch, Wired, The Verge, Mashable, Gizmodo, and contacts at mass-market publications like Inc, Forbes, FastCompany, and Business Insider.
We have a full media list with many contacts you can piggyback on. But your personal relationships are what will make you success here.
Main Responsibilities:
Target industry publications and pitch stories for Crowdsourcing Week and BOLD Awards
Develop and maintain relationships with journalists and reporters
Create social media strategies and take massive 10X actions
Develop content topics that appeal to users and drives massive engagement.
Create, manage, and distribute content via multiple channels.
Grow our social media presence and engagement + create business opportunities
Follow and contribute to conversations among users.
Analyze metrics and adjust strategies to improve marketing efforts.
Monitor the social media activity of an employer's competitors.
Work with the head of marketing to promote brand consistency.
Highly competitive compensation with overall percentage of sales + year end bonus
Must be based in the Philippines
Must be equipped with the latest trends and algorithms in Social Media
Understand and able to execute a content plan for engagement, reach, and traffic metrics
Basic understanding of T-Shaped Marketing
Great Copywriting skillset
