Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Update and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals
Creating a content plan with a regular publishing schedule of relevant, original and high-quality content on GMB, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook;
Interacting with followers by responding to inquiries, comments and complaints.
Knowledge of WordPress to update and perform website maintenance (where required)
Produce all marketing collateral & copy (brochures, flyers, etc.)
Cultivation and allocation of leads and sales
Deliver Mail-Out communication via Zoho campaigns
Monitor and update contacts in Zoho CRM for accuracy and lead allocation
Respond to emails using Zoho Desk
Provide general business administrative support where required
Requirements
Graduate of Marketing relating course or equivalent
At least 1-year experience in related field or post
Proven track record in managing social communities and key social metrics for YouTube, LinkedIn/Instagram and Facebook/Twitter, google my business etc to demonstrate growth and engagement
Proven track record for writing blogs in digital marketing
Knowledge and or passion for social media and the digital culture from theory to real, personal experiences
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Intermediate knowledge of WordPress to update blogs, posts and pages
Experience with design, editing and video a plus
Experience with Canva required, experience in photoshop is preferred
Experience with Zoho is preferrable
