Job Description
Managing social planning, and developing content calendars, and serving as the day-to-day social content support.
Designing and resizing imagery for social media posts across multiple platforms using Canva.
Researching, collating, and drafting social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter using Kontentino scheduling platform, across multiple unique clients.
Responding to client updates and actioning requests in a timely manner using Microsoft Teams.
Review to ensure that posts that have been scheduled, go live, rectify if any issues arise and/or notify Team Leader of any issues in a timely manner.
Developing unique and creative content for each client post, e.g. no cut and paste, no doubling up, or repetitive posting across clients.
Willingness to discuss updated strategies for a client specific platform, or present ideas of key dates or special days that may have been missed or should be added to calendar insights.
Ensuring that all client schedules are prepared and ready to send to clients by end of day on the Wednesday each week.
Qualifications
High level knowledge and understanding of the META group of social media platforms backend, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Business Manager, Creator Studio, and Business Suite
High level knowledge and understanding of META Group policies, community guidelines, rules, and responsibilities in relation to page, community, groups, and advertising management.
Understanding of backend systems and policy compliance across LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Be able to use or willing to learn Kontentino, our scheduling tool (similar to Hootsuite)
Have creative skills and the ability to use Canva for social post creative design work
Assist in writing and adapting social media copy/content for Australia specific audience
across social media channels, that is in-line with each individual client's style, tone and voice.
Responsible for writing, proofreading, and editing content for multiple platforms, across social media.
Hands-on experience producing social content and developing assets (writing copy, creating,
and editing visuals)
