Job Description
A Social Media Executive manages and engages in all social media channels, live chat software, review sites, team members, and campaigns to engage customers, customer satisfaction, and boost sales. The job role includes the creation of content that drives their brand and engages customers.
• Responding to any mentions over social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube and engaging with the social media users
• Assist with the general day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Producing a consistent brand message across all the social media channels.
• Review competitor social media sites and create analysis reports.
• Creating and promoting the company offers.
• Working with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with the product release, ad campaigns, and other brand messages.
• Coordinating social media messages with marketing departments and regional operations team
• Analyzing social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement and to gather visitor data.
• Identify and close selling opportunities
The core role as a social media executive is to support the team, working proactively to meet your deadlines, and to work as an organized multi-tasker. With this high-breed model, basic to advanced sales skills will greatly help convert sales. The role needs a lot of passion, outside and inside the box, creative thinking, and a strategic mind to be smooth in this role.
