Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality, compelling content on various topics
and themes that resonate with our target audience to drive brand awareness, engagement,
and loyalty.
Social Media Management: Manage and maintain Maytronics Australias social media
presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, ensuring
consistent and on-brand messaging.
Analytics and Insights: Utilise tools such as Sprout Social and Salesforce automation to
monitor and analyse social media performance metrics. Provide regular reports and insights
to track progress and suggest improvements.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute
effective social media strategies that align with overall business goals.
Asset Coordination: Liaise with the wider marketing team to ensure timely briefing and
delivery of assets required for social media campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with the online community, respond to
comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive brand presence.
YouTube Management: Understand and manage the Maytronics Australia YouTube
channel, optimising content and engagement on this platform.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging
technologies to implement new and innovative ways to drive business growth.
Requirements Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the consumer products
industry.
Proficiency in Sprout Social, Salesforce automation, and other relevant social media
analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Creative thinking and a strong ability to generate engaging and visually appealing content.
Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the success of social media campaigns.
Familiarity with YouTube and video content management is a plus.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for the digital landscape and a genuine interest in the pool and leisure industry.
