SOCIAL MEDIA AND DISCORD SPECIALIST
 
Discord Marketing is the strategic use of the Discord platform to promote a brand or product. Through creating virtual servers with different channels, NexGen can directly interact with its customer base for real-time communication, support, and promotions. This is the task of the Discord Specialist.
 
Responsibilities:
Content marketingCater to the target audiences of each of NexGen's LOBs.
Create, manage, engage with, and maintain our brand Discord servers to maintain the following minimums:
At least 50 active communicators per week
At least 500 viewers per week
Calendar and create Live Events:
Podcast
Product/Game demonstration
Watch parties
Competitions
Trivia Nights
Organize take-over events: they market to our audience and we market to theirs.
Quickly engage in less than 24 hours in audience interactions whether privately or in public through the server
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge and proven experience in Discord Marketing
Experience managing a team that engages with users of our Discord servers
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions and strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, excellent and insightful reporting, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
