SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Social media management: produce content strategy, planning and execution for our organization’s social media platform
Growth strategy: Utilize influencer marketing, cross-brand promotions and other tactics to grow social media accounts and brand awareness
Community management: Reply to social media users’ comments and questions in alignment with the organization’s brand voice and message
Schedule posts for each social media platform according to approved plans, ensuring that there are no errors in creatives, copy, timing, etc
Analyze page performance and compile results in concise and meaningful client-facing reports
Collaborate with the team to determine objectives, gain information and discuss approaches
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Communication Arts, Marketing/business concentration preferred, but not required based on experience
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset
Basic graphic design/photography/photo editing skills
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Resourceful, self-motivated
Can work ASAP
