We are one of Melbourne's largest Marketing Agencies that specializes in the hospitality industry. We manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more, helping our clients increase brand awareness in the digital space.
We are seeking to recruit a Social Media Account Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Planning and scheduling fortnightly for the Instagram and Facebook pages of approximately 15-30 cafes/restaurants in Melbourne.
Overseeing direct messages and reviews on Facebook, Instagram, and Zomato and responding accordingly.
Requirements
Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
The ability to write colloquial English is highly desirable
Prior experience in Facebook Business Suite (scheduling, boosting, target audiences, and Ads Manager)
Experience in using Facebook Creator Studio
Experience in scheduling software like OnlyPult, Buffer, or Hootsuite
Love for food & genuine interest in cafes/restaurants are highly desirable
Excellent working PC/Laptop
Reliable wired internet connection (speed should be at least 5Mbps for download and 3Mbps for upload)
