About the job
We are looking for a strong mid-level/senior full-stack Sitecore developer who will build and deliver high-quality Sitecore CMS applications.
Responsibilities
Build Sitecore components based on best practices.
Ensure solution decisions are aligned with the project architecture vision.
Ensure that technology solutions meet internal IT&S and Audit policies and procedures, client-mandated security standards, and established development best practices & frameworks.
Participate in defect triages internally with the Manila team and, if required, with the SLC Technology team to solve issues & remove blockers.
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with partners/customers/business end users/peers.
Adjust PR recommendations and at times perform peer code review too and provide timely feedback.
Escalate risks & issues proactively, including mitigation steps and alternate solutions approaches to problems identified to the manager.
Required Skills
2 to 3+ years of professional experience building robust web applications involving backend and frontend.
2 to 3+ years of professional experience building websites using Sitecore 8.2 or higher.
2+ years of professional experience in OOP programming and principles.
Experience with one or more back-end development platforms (ASP.NET Framework, .NET Core).
Strong Source Control experience with one of the following (Git, TFS, Subversion).
Knowledge and experience with significant internet protocols and methodologies (Restful APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, AJAX, etc.).
Experience providing support for CMS users regarding maintenance, access, or site availability.
2 to 3+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with front-end development techniques using HTML, SCSS, and vanilla JavaScript.
Experience with Sitecore Experience Accelerator is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Able to work across platforms and technologies.
Sitecore developer certification is an advantage.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math (or Related).
