1. Coordinates with the Engineering Department regarding updates in project operations and possible additional/variation orders.
2. Leads the project site inspection
3. Coordinates and follow up cost proposals, billings and other submitted documents to the clients
4. Monitors the progress of the project ensuring that agreed specifications, budget and time frame is met
5. Provides update on project reports
6. Supervises daily work progress of the project
7. Liaises with clients, subcontractors and other technical staff regarding project status
8. Ensures that health, safety and security policies are being followed
9. Ensures that quality standards of Riofil are being followed
10. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
