Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Facilities Team conduct facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and/or real estate coordination. They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.

Overview / Purpose of the Job
Drive and lead Maintenance engineering in terms of overall equipment effectiveness and efficiency, Guide and direct in equipment management and engineering management, follow up Green Team work and department EHS work with the objective of ensuring stable running of facilities, on time engineering construction and department smooth operation.
Job Description
Familiar with site equipment that delivers operational requirement.
Drive in preparation of WI, EMI, PM and other relative documentation;
Review equipment running records, evaluate the running status;
Overall responsible in spare parts management
Accomplish TEOA and TPM; all above is in order to make sure good running condition of all public equipment and stable production.
Do feasibility evaluation before an engineering evaluation;
Do investment and benefit analysis, evaluate and control the cost of engineering;
On site construction inspection to make sure safety construction;
Energy saving projects driver and initiative leader;
Maintain equipment MTBF (meantime between failure) and MTTR (meantime to repair) are manage, control, and improve.
Responsible for relative dept. EHS training, EHS development follow up and EHS evaluation, to meet the safety production target.
Conduct plant energy audit, identify energy saving opportunities and carry out the energy saving plans
Responsible for department audit work: audit prepare, audit reports, findings follow up and report to management,
Requirement
Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronics, Electrical or equivalent
8+ years' experience and practitioner in the field of Maintenance engineering including but not limited to facility and production equipment.
License and certified practitioner in the country. Wide exposure in facility engineering
Broad knowledge in government rules and regulations in handling regulations and compliance set international and local governing bodies.
