Duties and Requirements:
Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
Handles the day-to-day construction monitoring of the site assigned
Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status
Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions
Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
With construction experience
Knows how to do technical, sales/business development.
Knows to accomplish documentation such as permits and legal requirements, processing, procedures with relevant government agencies.
Knows how to interpret drawings, design, structure, etc.
One who can be a lead man or project manager
Knows engineering, procurement, and construction or have construction site operations experience.
Have construction experience in fit-out construction.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office, Excel, PPT.
Willing to do office and fieldworks.
Knowledge in cost estimate is advantage but not fully required.
Can drive motorcycle or vehicle is an advantage but not fully required.
