Job Title: Site Engineer

Reports to: Project Manager
Summary:
We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our team and help us deliver our projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as Site Engineer, with a strong understanding of civil engineering principles. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on site, ensuring that the project is completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day activities on site, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with subcontractors.
Perform quality assurance and quality control on all works and materials through daily construction observation and inspection
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Prepare reports and documentation on the project's progress.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project, implementing effective solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
