Support the Project Head in planning, scheduling, implementation, and monitoring of assigned projects
Prepare regulatory requirements / permits for the project
Prepare materials, equipment, tools needed for a project based on work schedule
Consolidate expenses, accomplishment reports, and other relevant reports in coordination with the Office Engineer (i.e. timesheet, etc.)
Implement safety and environmental protection on site; Conduct toolbox meetings
Attend meetings with the management and/or client for project updates on behalf of Project Head
Ensure that the QMS confirms to ISO9001: 2015
Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes
Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations
Ensure the promotion of customer focus
Ensure the integrity of the QEMS is maintained
