Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
2-5 years work experience required.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, able to read building plans, Site monitoring, personnel management, tools and material management, able to withstand heat and rain, communicative with upper management regarding problems and updating with project progress
Preferably more than 3 years experience specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Job Roles:
- manage, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale contruction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
- Conduct daily site monitoring and daily photographs
- prepare documents like method statements, inspection requests, non-conformance and others
- surpervise and monitors subcontractor's activity, manpower, equipments and tools
