Job Descriptions
Ensure presence in the site two (2) hours before pouring schedule. Conducts site inspection and confirms to the Dispatcher readiness of the site including the condition and location of the site for easy access
Coordinate with the project engineer regarding pouring, gathering instructions about the design mixture use in pouring (specification of design strength, workability of concrete, use of pump if necessary
Coordinate with the dispatcher on the interval of batching. Ensure no rejection of concrete due to wrong interval projection.
Monitors ready mix product in the site while waiting to be unloaded. Constant monitoring on the condition of ready mix concrete upon arrival to the site. Coordinate with the sampler on any adjustment of concrete upon the direct instruction of the project engineer
Coordinates immediately to the Dispatcher/ Operations Supervisor on any conditions that may affect the project e.g. three (3) hours concrete still waiting to be unloaded for possible diversion to another project. Zero rejection due to over mixed concrete or hardening of concrete in the ball drum of TM.
Coordinates with project engineer for the next pouring schedule after completion of pouring. Inform the dispatcher. Conducts ocular inspection on the next project site and ensure readiness. Advice the pump operator and crew for an easy access of installation of risers and horizontal pipe sets-up.
Secures all Delivery Receipts of pouring for every project site
Performs other functions as directed by the immediate superior
