Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or equivalent.
Must have at least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (especially Excel), AutoCAD.
Must be willing to work in Valenzuela (NCR).
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Preparation of detailed cost estimates including material, labor, and other requirements for the project.
Preparation of Bill of Materials, Bill of Quantity, and technical reports.
Monitoring and coordination of on-going projects on site.
Ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulations, material report, and safety standards.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and contractors.
Attend to pre-bid and other important meetings.
Constantly review plans, construction drawings, cost estimates and specification.
