Job Description
The SIP Specialist supports our daily Operations work by creating inspection protocols and ensuring they are always delivered to our front-line inspection teams on time. This position will report directly to the Protocol Leader.
Key Responsibilities include:
Reviews/creates Special IP and ensures that it minimizes the SIP creation by providing feedback, giving suggestions to use the efficient method, and verifying if it meets the client's requirements.
Collaborates with the other departments to improve the communication between the Project team by giving suggestions to meet the service level expected by the requestor.
Meets the deadlines of the different requests they receive from internal/external QIMA team members.
Qualifications
In order to succeed in this role, you have:
A university degree graduate of Information Technology (IT) or any related course
Preferably has 1-2 years of work experience in quality control
Keen to details
Adaptability to a fast-paced working environment
Computer literate
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
