Qualifications:
Must possess strong and extensive experience in e-commerce operations and platform management.
Proficiency across multiple platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopee, Lazada, Temu, Zalora, SHEIN, WooCommerce, and others - Shopify experience is highly preferred.
Must be knowledgeable in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing online stores or e-commerce websites.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management (backend and frontend).
Must be knowledgeable in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing online stores or e-commerce websites.
Salary depends on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Store Management: Oversee daily operations of the Shopify store, including monitoring site performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with technical support as needed.
Product & Content Updates: Upload new products, update product descriptions, pricing, and imagery to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Customer Experience: Ensure seamless navigation, checkout functionality, and mobile responsiveness to create a positive shopping experience.
Design & Branding: Collaborate with marketing/design teams to implement promotional banners, campaigns, and seasonal updates.
Order Management: Support order processing, returns, and inventory updates to maintain smooth fulfilment.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor store analytics, track KPIs (conversion rates, traffic, sales), and provide insights to improve performance.
Customer Support: Assist with customer queries related to online shopping, escalating issues where necessary.
