Job Description: * Review and ensure completeness of merchant documents following Onboarding checklist * Provide administrative support to BD team by managing merchant documents submission in ShopeePay's CRM for onboarding * Review and manag Job Description: Review and ensure completeness of merchant documents following Onboarding checklist Provide administrative support to BD team by managing merchant documents submission in ShopeePay's CRM for onboarding Review and manage legal requirements for merchant onboarding Monitor and manage team trackers and new hire onboarding Plan and execute Inbound Marketing and qualify Inbound leads for BD endorsement Manage business association partnerships and events sponsorships Coordinate with internal partners (e.g. Legal, On-boarding, Marketing, Finance etc.) to execute merchant programs Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed Requirements: Bachelor's degree graduate Preference but not required at least 6 months experience in Fintech particularly in merchant acquisition Familiar with checking government documents of different business types (e.g. SMEs, micro-SMEs, Enterprises, etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and similar programs Familiar with CRM tools (e.g Salesforce) Preferably has knowledge on Inbound Marketing Highly organized and attentive to details Comfortable working with numbers Able to work swiftly, pivot quickly with changes in direction, and meet all deadlines with minimal supervision Displays ownership over one's work, successes, and mistakes Accountable and responsible for all deliverables Honest, transparent, and has integrity in all aspects of work Able to follow directives to the letter and also think for themselves Thorough highly proactive resourceful logical critical thinker has a growth mindset team player Comfortable to work on weekends and/or holidays if needed Amenable to doing ad hoc work
