SHIFT SUPERVISOR
 
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensure timely ordering of stocks and supplies, verifying quality and quantity upon receipt.
Monitor and report attendance concerns during shifts.
Able to manage his/her time well while on duty and always being productive
Maintain an approachable and friendly facial expression and body language to ensure a welcoming and pleasant demeanor, serving as a role model.
Ensure cleanliness of the facility and equipment, and organize the storage to ensure product security and optimization.
QUALIFICATION
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree program in HRM
At least one (1) year experience, preferably in the same industry
SKILLS
Articulate communicator in both verbal and written forms.
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with strong multitasking abilities.
Enjoys interacting with diverse individuals and has general knowledge of restaurant and hotel procedures.
Efficient problem solver who works well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
