We are hiring for a Shift Security and Safety Supervisor.
As a Shift Security and Safety Supervisor, we rely you to:
Drive the day-to-day Security Operation through the effective and efficient leadership of a security team.
Ensure that the Security Operation runs strictly and accordingly to the established standards and policies as defined by the Management.
Offer practical guidance and coaching to all junior staff, ensuring that Hotel and Departmental standards are strictly and consistently maintained.
We are looking for someone who:
Has proper bearing, good health, physically fit, neat & pleasant
At least 3 years experience in a supervisory level in a 5 star hotel
Highly motivated, goal-oriented and has the aptitude to learn
Leads by example
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
