Ensure all facilities and equiment are in good operating condition and operate at maximum efficiency. Should be familiar with major equipment (Gensets, VRF/Split-type AC, transformers, pumps, and motors)
Must have good communication and customer service skills; will need to coordinate with residents/tenants should there be any concern.
Candidate must be a Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
Willing to work on a Shifting schedule (6 days a week)
Willing to be assigned in Taguig Area.
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in construction/facilities management.
