Duties and responsibilities:
Monitors the result of the cross-belt analyzer and informs the concern operation personnel of the results for proper action necessary.
Performs XRF analyses on the samples taken from the raw mill and makes the necessary adjustments on the raw material proportions as recommended by the raw mix control and relays the information to the concerned plant operator for his immediate action.
Performs XRF analyses on the samples taken from the finish mills and relays the corresponding results to Finish Mill Supervisor or Mill Operator for necessary adjustment
Perform XRF analyses on raw material and bulk material deliveries in accordance with the testing plan.
Conducts routine inspection of finish mill weigh feeders.
Ensures conformance to quality standards.
Implements control procedures to ensure that in-process materials and finished product quality are within the specified quality parameter ranges.
Implements corrective actions and disposition for non-conforming products and bulk materials deliveries.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Background in Cement Manufacturing industry is a must
Must be willing to be assigned in Bulacan (board and lodging provided by the company)
