Summary of Position:
Responsible for the processing of paper User Management Forms and electronic UMT Worklists for the creation and maintenance of InForm accounts within specified time frames.
Fluency in English is essential, both written and verbal.
Hours of support is 24 by 7 on shifting schedules.
Responsibilities: * Process User Management/UMT worklists forms within SLA
Provide updates to the Sponsor, the FCR Team and the Implementation Managers on the creation/maintenance of InForm/OLX accounts.
Communicate with Sponsor via email regarding issues on creation/maintenance of InForm/OLX accounts and follow-up on resolutions in a timely fashion.
Ensure that all data is entered/updated correctly in the CRM system
Follow strictly instructions on creation/update of InForm/OLX accounts as specified on Helpdesk Briefs/Communication Plans for each trial.
Process Instruct On Line requests
Complete QC activities for User Management activities completed by other Helpdesk Administrators when requested
Complete Site Allocation for InForm/OLX Users in a timely fashion
Ensure communication with Sponsor is accurate both verbally and in writing
Escalate promptly to Shared UM TL any issues with completion of User Management or compliance with SLA.
Requirements
Education and Experience Required:
Excellent written skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ideally previous experience with User Management activities.
