Main responsibilities:
In this new position and as a member of the application development team, you will participate and actively support the business initiatives by building reliable, efficient, scalable solutions. You will be responsible for design and architecture of Service Now solutions on all levels including implementation of new functionality, integrations, automations, custom application development and orchestration on the Now platform.
Required skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
· Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry good practice for architecture within and related to ServiceNow platform
· 7+ years experience developing Solution Architectures for the ServiceNow Platform.
· Prior ServiceNow implementation experience. Preferred focus in setup of RITM/INC processes, ITBM, Asset management and GRC
· Knowledge of networking concepts and design practices including; HTTP/S, TCP/IP, load balancers, firewalls, proxies
· 5+ years' solution design experience at an enterprise level as well as integration between ServiceNow and other platforms/apps
· Knowledge of relevant capabilities (e.g. Scripting: JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS, Jelly)
· SME on best practice and strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow Platform
· Ability to determine scope and estimate work effort of development activities.
· Ideal candidate will be self motivated with a proven track record of design and implementation of complex multi-tenant end to end solutions on the Now platform * Nice to have skills:
- Understanding of IT governance process in a medium/large company
- Prior development experience
- Prior management experience of development team
