The Distinto Beverage Solutions, (sister company of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf) is looking for a Service Technicians who will ensure that the company maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in coordination with the Sales and Service Team, in the delivery of excellent and incomparable support service to our customers.
The DBS Technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of all equipment at the client location. Specifically, he is expected to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. He is tasked to diagnose problems on site, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustment. He is also responsible for the preventive maintenance of these machines. Lastly, he is expected to comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas at all times.
