Service Technical Consultant (Visayas and Mindanao)
JOB SUMMARY:
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing technical assistance to dealers on difficult to resolve technical issues, especially on sold units. He will also facilitate product updates for a speedy recovery and gather technical issues on site. He will also focus on gathering quality concerns and issues from the field and immediately provide feedback to warranty team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Engineering (Electromechanical/Automotive) or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Must have relevant work experience in motorcycle troubleshooting and repair and with 1-year experience as a mechanic
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
With driver's license (Restriction Code 1,2,3)
Preferably with NC - II Accreditation
