JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our service team. The role involves managing Service Staff ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining efficiency in service operations, and meeting company performance goals. The Service Supervisor will act as the link between management, staff, and clients to guarantee smooth and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, lead, and support the service team in daily operations.
Ensure service requests, maintenance, or repair work are completed accurately and on time.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback when necessary.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
Coordinate with other departments to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Maintain service reports, schedules, and other documentation.
Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and delegating work assignments.
Track and manage service inventory, tools, and equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Automotive, or related field (preferred).
At least 1-2years of supervisory experience in service operations or related role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a team and handle customer concerns effectively.
Knowledge of service procedures, safety practices, and reporting systems.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
