Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Guide all personnel under his supervision in promoting the highest standards of service with the least possible time.
Ensure compliance of all Principal's mandatory field service standards and that protocols are being applied at all times.
Managing and developing people effectively.
Constantly review the area of coverage and recommends deployment, transfer and/or hiring of personnel to warrant cost-efficiency in the areas of assignment.
Guarantees that the Service Team meets the requirementsof customers as set in the Customer Satisfaction Criteria within the required response time.
Provides marketing service contracts as needed by the other departments.
Contributes as part of the management team.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of BS Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering major in Electronics.
With at least five (5) years of solid experience in field service repair in a medical environment.
Exposure in the medical, biomedical or high-technology industry would be an advantage.
Exhibits good management and people skills; able to supervise and mentor a team.
Demonstrates sound judgement and decision-making ability.
Has business acumen and entrepreneurial aptitude.
Shows excellent oral and written communications skills.
Possess high customer and people orientation.
Amenable to work in Makati.
