We are hiring for a Service Manager - Laundry.
As a Service Manager - Laundry, we rely you to:
Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis
Maintain a high performing team
Supervise the team in the maintenance of guest rooms and replenish room supplies
Ensure quality assurance standards are met at all times
Ensure the quality of service delivered is compliant with hotel guidelines and policies
Adhere to Shangri-La room standards policy
Maintain the public and general areas
Report any maintenance-related issue to the Engineering Department
We are looking for someone who:
Takes pride in being a hotelier

Fully understands room operations
Communicates with fluency in English (and local language)
Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented
Has strong interpersonal skills
