Actively participates in warehouse operations and activities. They are responsible for properly storing Growsari products in our warehouse in compliance with standards set by the Company, up to picking, packing, and shipping orders. The goal is to efficiently provide customer satisfaction by on-time delivery of orders, completely and accurately.
They are to deliver excellent customer service thru on-time and complete deliveries. Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty with an in-depth understanding of customer concerns, effective communication, and implement best practices beyond competition.
Requirements:
Very good communication skills
With at least six (6) months related warehouse, merchandiser, and/or sales experience
Preferably with experience in retail, e-commerce, warehouse or freight industry
Has the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
Comfortable with using and learning about new App technology
Proven work experience as warehouse and delivery worker
With good customer-facing and customer service skills
Multi-tasking to handle various orders at the same time
