Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish after-market service operations structural table of organization. Standard Operating Procedures/Policy, Memos, and Job description of team members.
Reviews employee training to ensure a skilled mechanic/Service Advisor workforce.
Ensures the maintenance shop is properly maintained, functional and clean.
Ensures that all new equipment/trucks are completely inspected regularly and is calibrated based on the manufacturer's recommendations or government standard.
Establishes and monitors preventative maintenance schedule on equipment and service schedules on equipment for warranty compliance.
Establishes productivity expectations and tracks the production and activity of the mechanic/Service Advisor workforce.
Participates in the equipment evaluation process to determine buy/sell needs. Also, purchases and sells new and used equipment as directed by Management.
Attend and resolve customer concerns and service requirement.
Visited fleet and company to maintain/develop good business relationship.
Develops and maintains files on all equipment for historical data.
Support principal's program, activities, goal and directions.
Maintains a positive working relationship with other divisions of the company.
Attend trainings/seminars given to enhance professional growth essential in handling the operation.
Provide administrative support to multiple members of the group.
Implement/Monitor 5S and teamwork.
Maintain acceptable working relationships with co-workers and management.
Report directly to the Director and President any program and development benefited to the department and to the company as whole.
