Job Summary:
The Service Desk Support will provide unsurpassed Level 2 support, including but not limited to solving issues like username and passwords, installation, reinstallation, and uninstallation, maintaining data integrity of company systems, and ensuring accurate recording of service tickets. An integral part in being successful in this role would be establishing
a trusted working relationship with peers throughout the company and proactively manage internal/external expectations by keeping lines of communication open.
We will be happy to support and highly encourage you to achieve and maintain relevant
technical certifications on products and solutions outlined by the management. This role will be reporting physically to our Pasig office. It will be following non-office hours schedule and will be on Weekdays off.
Requirements
Applicants must have:
-A minimum of 1 solid year of experience in a similar role within Australian MSP environment
-Keen understanding of troubleshooting Windows server and Windows domain environments
Successful applicants will be those who have the following skills or experience:
-Experience and knowledge of operating systems (both client or server)
-Knowledge of visualization
-Networking/infrastructure skills
(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
-Experience and knowledge of HyperV or VMWare
The following experience will be highly regarded:
-Experience with Autotask and Datto
-Experience in both client and server operating systems
-Some cloud experience
-MDM platforms experience
-Microsoft teams experience
