β° Work Mode: Hybrid (3x a week onsite, 2x WFH)
πΌ Role: Service Desk AnalystWhat You'll Do:
π― Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by users in a timely manner.
π Provide first-level support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
π Document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
π Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues as needed.
π Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
π Conduct regular follow-ups with users to ensure their issues are resolved effectively.What We're Looking For:
β Minimum of 2 years experience in a service desk or helpdesk role.
β Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
