DUTIES
The Service Associate-Front Office provides guest services, handles the set-up of daily reservations and check-in and check-out of guests.
REQUIREMENTS
College graduate, preferably HRA/HRM/Tourism
Computer literate, with knowledge in Opera System
At least 1 year experience in a similar position
Excellent oral & written communication & interpersonal skills, able to deal with guests & employees at all levels
Proficiency in a second foreign language is an advantage
This position is available on a local package only
