We are hiring for a Service Associate -Concierge (Airport).As a Service Associate -Concierge (Airport)., we rely you to:To have complete knowledge of the operational systems at the Front Office.To have knowledge of Shangri-La's standard operating policies and procedures for Concierge / Transportation department.To have complete knowledge of Shangri-La's Programme e.g. Golden Circle.Customer Delight and Retention Service StandardsBuilds relationship with guests to delight and gain loyalty.Ensures all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel's policies and procedures.Monitors all arriving flights and immediately advises the hotel for any delay or cancellation.Monitors the availability of vehicles of duly accredited hotel limousine service and other back-up units at the airport.Ensures that all guests' are met and provided with transportation to the hotel.Maintains all quality standards and procedures from guest's arrival, up to guest's departure.Ensures availability of amenities in the Shangri-La lounge and all hotel limousine vehicles.Ensures and maintains the cleanliness of the Shangri-La lounge.Maintains good relations International Airport authorities.Contributes to the sale of rooms to incoming guests by offering hotel services for guests with no prior reservations and advises the hotel accordingly.We are looking for someone who:Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)Has a neat and pleasant appearanceHas a knowledge in database management and record keepingCan be a positive role modelIs willing to work in flexible hoursIf you are the right person, what are you waiting for?
