Qualifications:
College Graduate
At least 1 Year of Experience.
Have knowledge of car vehicle.
Strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive heavy equipment/car industry.
Working knowledge & experience in automotive products, auto parts sourcing, inventory, & disposal.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Communicates with clients about vehicle problems, insurance questions, and warranty issues.
Communicates with technicians about vehicle statues and ensures that vehicles will be ready for customers on time.
Handles and resolves customers complaints regarding services
Maintains positive customers relationships.
