As a MINI Service Advisor, your responsibilities include:
Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times by providing sales advice based on client needs
Making appointments, processing repair orders, quotes and invoices
Providing customer support via the phone and face to face at the dealership
Ordering additional stock as required so approved repairs can occur without delay
Internal coordination of service work to adhere to commitments made to customers
Estimating costs and time for work to be carried out, and maintaining customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle
Representing the brand towards customers
Service Sales Generation
Bachelor/College degree holder in Mechanical or Automotive courses
3 years relevant work experience in automotive as Service Advisor or any related work experience
Must know how to drive with a valid driver's license
Must be amenable to work in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Skilled Trade Automotive 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
